25 September 2026. Fairwai and Groupe Adinfo co-hosted a one-hour webinar for Adinfo's customers and prospects. Thibaut Lepelletier, regional account manager at Adinfo, opened the session, and Michael Guerrand, CEO of Fairwai, ran the demonstration.

The session followed the journey of a conversation, from recording to follow-up. Fair Note captures all three meeting formats:
- video meetings: Teams, Zoom and Google Meet;
- calls from the business phone system, analysed after the conversation;
- in-person meetings, recorded with the mobile app.
From meeting summary to action
Attendees saw how templates adapt to each type of meeting (prospecting, after-sales support, HR), how action items and follow-up emails are produced, and how to ask the AI about all of your conversations to find a piece of information. The meeting summary can also go to the company CRM.
Security and data: the questions that matter
Sovereignty took up a large part of the discussion. Data is hosted in Paris, AI processing takes place in France and Europe, and conversations are not used to train the models. The details are on our security and GDPR page. The session ended with questions from the attendees.
