Create your agent, give it its knowledge, then connect your number. It stays off until you switch it on.
1. Create your agent
From app.fairw.ai, choose Create a voice agent, then:
Enter your website address: the agent reads it and picks up your business, opening hours, addresses and services. With no website, describe your business in a few sentences, written or spoken.
Review the suggestion: Fairwai suggests a name, a greeting and a voice. Change whatever you like.
Call it from your browser, the way a customer would, and fine-tune its answers.
You can test the agent as much as you like: it takes no real calls until the “In service” switch is on.
2. What it knows
The agent answers only from the sources you give it, in Settings › What it knows:
Your website: the pages read are listed, you tick the ones to use.
Your documents: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (prices, terms, FAQ, schedules…).
Your conversations: the Fair Note meetings you choose to share with it.
Your rules: what it must never say, for example “never quote a price”.
A source that is updated is taken into account; a source that is removed is forgotten.
3. What it does
It always answers questions. You switch on the rest in Settings › What it does:
Take a messageIt notes the name, number and request, and sends it to you.
Book an appointmentIt reads your calendar (Google, Outlook, Calendly, Cal.com) and books the slot.
Send a link by emailBooking page, pricing, form: during the call.
Transfer the callTo the right person, depending on the reason or the urgency.
4. Connect your number
You keep your number and your provider. Three ways to get calls to the agent:
Call forwarding: from your router, your mobile or your provider, to the number supplied by Fairwai. All calls, or only when unanswered or busy.
3CX, Yeastar, Aircall, Unyc or Sewan phone system: add the agent as a destination in your phone system, for example as overflow or outside opening hours.
SIP trunk: for providers and integrators, a direct SIP connection.
After every call, a summary is filed in your Fairwai workspace: summary, caller details, request, actions to take and sources used. You can also receive it:
by email;
in Slack or WhatsApp;
in Google Sheets, your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) or via Make, Zapier, n8n and signed webhook.
Fair Chat
Your AI chatbot, live in minutes
Fair Chat uses the same knowledge base as your voice agent. You review everything before it goes live.
1. Build the chatbot
Enter your website address: Fair Chat reads it (business, hours, contact, services).
Add your documents: prices, terms, FAQ.
Choose its actions: appointment booking, message, handover to the team, calling the visitor.
Test it in the preview, on a mock-up of your website.
2. Install on your website
Copy the line of code provided in your workspace and paste it before the </body> tag of your website, or into the “custom code” field of your website builder.
The chat only appears on the domains you’ve authorised in the settings.
3. Switch to a call
When a request is easier to handle by voice, Fair Chat offers to call the visitor. With their consent and their number, the voice agent calls them right away, with the context of the written chat.
Fair Note
Your meetings, turned into knowledge
The full Fair Note documentation is on doc.fairw.ai. Here are the essentials.
Quick start
Sign in with Google or Microsoft: the meetings in your calendar sync automatically. Install the desktop app for Mac or Windows to record without a bot.
Automatically structure your summaries by type of meeting: sales, project, 1:1, recruitment. Use the library, generate a template with AI, build one by hand, or import and export your templates.
