Fairwai at Web Summit 2025: European meeting intelligence enters a new era

Lisbon, November 2025. Fairwai, the European meeting intelligence platform, is taking part in Web Summit for the first time, one of the largest tech events in the world. The team is presenting its latest innovations in capturing, structuring and making the most of conversations, with a clear ambition: to turn every professional exchange into knowledge capital.

What was unveiled in Lisbon

Since its creation, Fairwai has had a simple mission: to make every meeting a useful, shared and actionable resource. Several new features strengthen that promise.

Fairwai Live

A live capture module makes it possible to record, transcribe and analyse meetings in real time, on Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or directly in Fairwai. Participants follow the transcript, add markers and get a structured, collaborative summary within seconds.

The Memo app

Designed for managers, project leads and executives, Fairwai Memo records a voice note, a discussion or an idea, then turns it into clear text, a summary or an action sheet. It bridges the gap between formal meetings and spontaneous conversations.

What's new in September

  • AI and manual templates to adapt meeting notes to each type of meeting;
  • video recording to replay your meetings;
  • team spaces to work together on summaries, templates and access rights;
  • telecom integrations with Yeastar, 3CX and Sewan.

A white-label offer for partners

Fairwai is continuing its roll-out across Europe with a 100% white-label offer for operators, integrators and software vendors: customisable interface and emails, operator console, ready-to-use integrations, open APIs and marketing resources. Discover the partner programme.

Meeting the CEO of Make

The event was also a chance to meet Fabian Veit, CEO of Make, one of the automation platforms Fairwai connects to.

A European vision of meeting intelligence

“We believe meeting intelligence should not be reserved for a handful of large American groups. It should be accessible, secure, European, and above all useful in the daily life of businesses.” — Michael Guerrand, CEO of Fairwai

Relying on GDPR-compliant infrastructure and a European team, Fairwai stands for a responsible and pragmatic vision of AI applied to professional conversations.
