Where is my data hosted?
In France and the European Union, in ISO 27001-certified data centres. No data is transferred outside the EU.
Are my conversations used to train the AI?
No. Your data and your customers’ data are never used to train AI models.
Is Fairwai GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Fairwai respects the rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, collects explicit consent and has a data protection officer.
Can I use my company directory to sign in?
Yes, with single sign-on (SSO, SAML 2.0) and sign-in with Google or Microsoft.
How do I delete a recording?
From your workspace, at any time: the recording, its transcript and its summary are deleted.
